Crystalline Hub Return Policy

1. Return Window

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. During promotional events or holidays, we may offer extended return windows. Please refer to the promotional details at the time of purchase.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Crystalline Hub.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

    • Software or digital goods

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Products purchased from third-party sellers


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email at support@crystallinehub.store or WhatsApp at +234 XXX XXX XXXX with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  3. Pack the item securely, including all original materials (manuals, cables, etc.), and affix the shipping label.

  4. Include a copy of the order confirmation or return form inside the package.

  5. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our team.


4. Refund or Exchange Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose from the following:

  • Full Refund to the original payment method (processed within 7–10 business days).

  • Store Credit for future purchases.

  • Exchange for the same item (if available) or a similar item of equal value.

We’ll notify you by email once your refund or exchange has been processed.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.), Crystalline Hub will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size/model ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We may deduct the return shipping fee from the refund amount if a prepaid label is provided.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, and guide you through the return process.

  • Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.
